Dr Stefanie Lou completed her medical degree at The University of Melbourne. After completing her internship and residency, she undertook three years of specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology before pursuing general practice training. She has worked in various obstetrics hospitals and more widely in general practice across rural NSW as well as metropolitan Sydney.
Stefanie enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in women’s health and family planning. She provides antenatal shared care with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, The Royal Hospital for Women, Royal North Shore Hospital and Westmead Hospital. With all her patients, Stefanie works hard to develop a holistic approach in her practice and strongly believes in preventive medicine. She understands the importance of patient education and autonomy in the successful management of medical conditions.
